The renter must be at least 21 for A,B,C,D,E group vehicles at least 24 for F,G,H,X group and must have a local or international driving licence for at least one year.

Renting Duration:

1 day renting is counted out of 24 hours; 1 month renting is counted out of 30 days.

Long-term Renting:

The least renting duration is 30 days. For long-term renting ask special prices. Special prices can also be applied on 14 days and over.

Including of the Prices:

Limitless kilometre usage, maintenance, including insurance guaranty for the third party (within the legal policy) fuel, Casualty Insurance (Automobile insurance), Theft insurance, One-way fee, deliverance/ deliver fee, baby seat and V.A.T are exclusive the prices. The fuel is at the renter’s concern, if the vehicle which is given over filled up, delivered with missing or empty fuel, fuel difference, will be taken together with service fee. Service with driver and translator guide will be supplied on request.

One-way Renting:

In case the car will be let in another city, One-Way fee will be applied.

Extra Drivers:

In order to let the vehicle drive by persons besides the renter; Identification and Driver licence information’s of the extra drivers can be stated in the Renting Contract. Otherwise the insurance will be invalid and the renter will be responsible of the whole damage.

Deliverance and Deliver (Surrender):

Deliverance and deliver are free of charge within the city borders where the Lets offices take place. In this cities provided that it has been noticed in advance delivery and surrender can be done at places like hotel, work place, airport, port, railroad station, bus station etc… But with special price applications and in some campaign prices this service can be with cost. If it wants to be delivered and surrendered in cities where there no offices of Lets are mile age allowance will be applied from the nearest Lets office. In case the care surrendered in a different city from the city it has been delivered one-way fee will be applied.

Delay of deliver:

In case of delay, 1/3 of the applied fee will be taken for every extra hour. Delays over 3 hours will be counted as a whole day.

Motoring Fines:

Traffic and motorway, toll fines belongs to the customer. The period of the retention of the vehicles from the traffic will be added to the renting period.

Other Services:

Driver services, overseas automobile renting reservations, snow tyre, baby seat, navigation device, ogs, supplying air tickets, hotel reservation, damage and maintenance consulting, 2.hand vehicle selling.

•  When you park your car take your license, never give over the key to anybody (auto park and hotel personnel), in such cases big damages can be occur and will be uncovered of the insurance.

•  Park your car as much as possible at the auto park and take the key with you, if the car is stolen in case the key is given by you it will be again uncovered of the insurance.

•  Don’t leave your luggage like bag, camera or similar luggage on the seats put them in the boot in the car you parked or in places seen during under way.

•  In cases of traffic accidents a traffic report and alcohol report must be taken from the nearest police station or gendarme station without moving the damaged car.

•  If the car is damaged in park situation again must be a damage report taken from the police or gendarme station.

•  In cases of ACCIDENT and BREAKDOWN call our emergency aid (road aid) number. Immediately a tow truck and/or a taxi will be sent, and the car will be towed to the nearest service and if necessary a new car will be sent. •  Cigarette burnings on the covers of the seat will be uncovered of the insurance and the costs required for maintenance must be paid by you.

•  Speed limits are in city 50 km/hour, out of town 90 km/hour and in motorways 120 km/hour. On the roads with radars speed controls are made frequently take care the speed limits especially out of town.

•  The periodic maintenance and controls of your car are made on time and it will provide you travel without problem. But in any cases of damages which could occur call us first (24 hours). Our friends will inform you or direct you according to the cases.

•  In cases you will use the car more than 5000 km during the renting period ask to our Office the km the car must be maintenance, this is important for providing you a safe travel, and also to keep your car in warranty coverage.

•  The motoring fines belong to the driver and must be paid immediately. Otherwise it can cause problems at the exit for our customers who live abroad. Local customers if an report is hold must pay it to us and receive the bill.

•  The car cant be used by other persons besides the persons whose name is written on the contract, in such cases please let the person register on the contract.

INSURANCE CHOISES AND INFORMATION.

Causalty Insurance (Automobile Insurance) (CDW)

In cases a damage occurs, the renter is responsible to pay up to 6.000-euro in A, B, C group vehicles, up to 9.000 euro in D, E, F, G group vehicles, and up to 13.000 euro in H, S group vehicles. If the renter pays insurance fund 14 ytl daily for A, B, C group vehicles, 17 ytl for D, E, F, G group vehicles and 20 ytl for H, S group vehicle damage responsibility will removed.

But the insurance will be valid is the vehicle is used by persons whose name are written on the contract, if the vehicle is driven according to the traffic rules, without under the effect of alcohol and drugs, and when the accident and alcohol reports has to be received to the Lets office within 48 hours.
